EPTDA Women in the Industry – Online Session!

Let’s meet online and have a last talk before we say goodbye to 2023! Some of you met and shared experiences in September, in Amsterdam, during the EPTDA 2023 Annual Business Convention and we hope to meet you again during this session and maybe you can bring at least one of your colleagues with you.

This is an opportunity to share, network and learn over lunchtime online for 1 hour only – and since it’s almost Christmas time, feel free to wear anything that makes you feel joyful or comfortable.

Suggest the specific issues you want to be discussed in this session when you register – you can choose from the multiple options available:

1. Leadership traits that I consider essentials – what would be 3 traits that make a leader stand out for you?
2. Working in the Power Transmission industry as a woman – why would you recommend another woman to work in this industry?
3. Plans for 2024 – what are 3 topics you want to discuss in the Women in the Industry sessions?

The topic with the most votes will be discussed on 14 December! You will be informed 3 days in advance via email about which topic has more votes, so you can prepare accordingly.
