Uncertainty lingers, evidenced by ongoing decline in the Europe Business Confidence Index, as the Brexit deadline is again delayed. Brexit negotiations, as well as ongoing trade negotiations on the global front, suggest general decline in the Europe Export Volume Index will likely persist during at least the near term.
