HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
This design hotel with a garden terrace is only 3 km from Brussels Airport and 15 minutes' drive from the city centre. Van der Valk includes a fitness centre, free WiFi and modern soundproof rooms with free softdrinks, tea facilities and water. Flat-screen cable TV, a work desk and tea and coffee making facilities come as standard in the air-conditioned rooms at Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport.
Restaurant Catharina serves a mix of traditional and modern international cuisine in an elegant yet casual setting. Each morning, guests can enjoy a fresh and diversified breakfast buffet.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved for you (and your partner, if applicable) at the Van Der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport. EPTDA will pay 1 room night (5th March) for all EPTDA Volunteers & Board Members, 2 room nights (4th & 5th March) only for EPTDA Board Members. EPTDA has made practical arrangements with the hotel for the EPTDA group members to benefit of the following negotiated rates in case they would like to prolong their stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
EPTDA will secure your hotel accommodation based on your travel itinerary. Upon your arrival and check in at the hotel, you will be requested to present a credit card as a guarantee and for all extra expenses in your room and the city tax. On check-out, the hotel will issue an invoice subtracting the number of night(s) paid by the EPTDA.
