SCHWEINFURT, 2023-01-26. Effective January 1, 2023, the global automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler has appointed Christian Zeidlhack as the new President of its industrial business in Europe and CEO of its Central and Eastern Europe subregion.

In his new role, Christian Zeidlhack is in charge of the Industrial division’s direct-customer and sales-partner business for the whole of Europe as well as all the company’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe. He replaces Marcus Eisenhuth, who is leaving the company effective March 31, 2023.

On completing his studies in business management and industrial engineering, Christian Zeidlhack started his working life at the Daimler Group. He has been with Schaeffler, working in the company’s Industrial division, since 2007. There, he started out leading the Raw Materials business unit before becoming head of Global Key Account Management Industrial and, most recently, President Industrial for the Americas region.
