How to build an analytics-driven team culture
Most manufacturing and distribution companies are sales-driven organizations. But technology is providing EPTDA members with increasingly strong analytics tools to help manage the business better – business and artificial intelligence, pricing and profitability tools, inventory forecasting and new customer prospecting.
This seminar will outline the types of analytics that are creating competitive advantage – pricing, profitability, inventory forecasting, market analytics – and how to create a vision and map for the journey of how an EPTDA member company can become a data- and analytics-managed organization. Most importantly – how you can be the change agent to lead the organization in this direction? Distribution analytics expert John Gunderson will lead our discussions as the subject matter specialist with his 20+ years of experience in leading sales, marketing and analytics programs for industrial distributors in North America.
