EU Monitoring Report
The REACH – the EC regulation on chemicals and their safe use – has been in force for 5 years. The European Commission is now assessing the experience acquired in the operation of the regulation and launching a set of reviews and new reports in a package to be presented by 1 June 2012.
In this report, the EPTDA provides basic and key information about REACH, its implications and applications, as well as recommendations to members and PT/MC manufacturers to set their businesses in compliance with the regulation. A detailed timeline of actions is presented in the report for the use of the EPTDA members.
