The application forms downloadable from the links hereinafter give the member candidate companies a detailed overview of the EPTDA membership criteria. These admission forms also show the structure of the annual membership fees based on the sales turnover. In order to apply for admission, please download the appropriate form below, fill it in duly and send it by mail, email or fax to EPTDA, using the contact details indicated on the form:

The application will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. The admission procedure can take up to 10 working days. Should you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to call EPTDA on +32 2 709 22 12.

Annual contribution

The annual membership fee is based on the total annual sales volume of PT/MC products in Europe, the number of additional company representatives and the number of additional branches (for distributor membership applications only).

The first annual membership contribution consists of a one-time admission fee (and an application fee for manufacturer membership applications), plus the regular annual membership investment and additional company representatives, and/or branches (for distributors only).
