04/03/2014

With its tailor-made quarterly market forecast, EPTDA is bringing the latest of the PT/MC market place and end-user industries to your fingertips

According to the 2014 first-quarter report, the Food & Beverage Machinery Production, Automotive Production and Material Handling Equipment Production sectors are on the rising curve of the business cycle. The annual European Industrial Production trend is currently rising and will transition into Phase B, Accelerating Growth, imminently. However, rise will be mild and short lived. Expectations for the European economy have been revised as the region is experiencing a slower recovery than previously anticipated. Annual Production will remain virtually stagnant until 4Q15 when more robust rise resumes.

Predictions in North America are encouraging with ongoing growth through 2015, although at a decelerating pace in the second half of 2014 and the first half of 2015. So make sure you have sufficient quantities of trained personnel to handle the gains in business.

Industrial production in China and India is expected to accelerate, despite a slowing economic growth in China over 2014-2015.
