Mauro Franceschini (BIO)

Born in Reggio Emilia - where he currently lives - Mauro Franceschini is a Senior Trainer and Director of FORTIA, a company that since 1982 advises corporations and offers corporate training on sales organizations, customer service and management. The topics he covers are the structuring and optimization of sales processes and customer management; and individual and organizational effectiveness increase for sales and services staff. FORTIA collaborates with leading B2B sales organizations of various sectors such as industrial technologies (components, distribution, machinery, equipment); automotive; ICT; healthcare; technologies and materials for the building; business services.

The presentation - "Coefficient of Internationalism: where are we?"

During the presentation - lasting 90 ' - Mauro dealt with the issue of internationalization of the companies present, with the various implications which this entails for the companies and a comparison with the trends and international best practices implemented by very competitive and most successful companies.

Among topics presented:

• Internationality: what this means for the company's input and output?

• Trends and international best practices;

• An implementation path to become, or remain, global players.

The presentation will allow the audience to interact intensively with each other and with the trainer on information and practical strategies and their application to their company.
