Committees

The General Assembly of the Members is the supreme body of a not-for-profit association. It has decision-making power on issues such as amendment of the by-laws (the constitution), the appointment of directors, the approval of budgets and annual accounts, the discharge of directors and auditors, the exclusion of a member or a director, and the winding up or transformation of the Association.

The Board of Directors constitutes the governing body of the Association. It shall be vested with full power and authority to put into effect the laws, resolutions and decisions of the Association.

The Executive Committee, composed of the “Officers”, is the executive head of the Association; it shall enforce the laws and execute the orders of the Association and of the Board of Directors.

The Manufacturer Council represents the manufacturer members of the EPTDA and is the platform for them to voice their interests and views to the Association.

The other committees have been set up to meet the specific goals and activities of the Association.
